One of the greatest things about my life is the people I get to call my friends.

I’ve been fortunate enough to surround myself with some incredible individuals. People with extraordinary stories, unique perspectives, and journeys that deserve to be heard.

And one thing I’ve learned from knowing them is that success doesn’t look the same for everyone.

Success isn’t always about money, titles, recognition, or accolades. Sometimes it’s about overcoming circumstances. Sometimes it’s about creating something meaningful. Sometimes it’s about taking a chance on yourself, finding your purpose, or simply becoming the person you always hoped you’d be.

I’ve always believed that some of the most interesting stories are the ones happening right around us. Stories of ambition, resilience, sacrifice, failure, growth, and everything in between.

And I’ve always enjoyed hearing how people got to where they are. What motivated them? What challenges did they face? What did they learn along the way? And perhaps most importantly, what does success actually mean to them?

That’s why I’m excited to introduce The Nev Santana Show.

Through conversations with friends, entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and people from all walks of life, I want to explore the experiences, decisions, struggles, and defining moments that shape who we become.

This isn’t about interviewing the most famous or wealthiest people. It’s about recognizing that everyone has a story worth telling, and that sometimes the most meaningful lessons come from the people sitting right next to us.

My hope is that these conversations introduce you to some incredible individuals, offer perspectives you may not have considered, and perhaps even inspire you to think differently about your own journey.
